So with a new model being assembled, primed properly this time, it is time to put some paint on it!!!
So basecoat:

Guess what...? Even us pros can screw up... badly... pretty badly... Primed my landspeeder yesterday night... under bad lighting... didn't really double check... and woke this morning to a really
rugged primer coat just like some roughcoat instead of the nice even white coat I was aiming for... Try a few things to fix it... no success... Pick-up a new box and reassemble the whole thing. The
green stuff is curing as I write these words. So it all start tomorrow in terms of painting I guess... instead of today... arrrrggghhhh.... But went and see Inglorious Basterds for the second time
though!

So here we go! Most of the project has been assembled now. Still finition to be done. The arm linking the sergeant to the speeder to be sculpted and so on but otherwise the structure is there.

The heavy bolter gunner ready to store his bolter before assuming his post:

And a wounded ready to patch his wound:

So yes it might be hell to paint but that is why nothing is glued yet:

As for the title of the piece... well it's the title of this article!
Keep painting!

Well some of you have been asking me in the last few weeks if I was planning to paint anything new for the mix-open... The answer is no. My display is big enough for now and furthermore if you did
not know I'll be judging this year! So I better see colors and contrast in the display cases
Furthermore, with GD UK the following weekend and me only started to assemble my entry I'll need all the time I can get! It looks like I'll be painting in a store in Paris for a few days and I know
I won't be alone!
As for my entry for GD UK... wel... it will be a landspeeder storm called: Objective destroyed - Redeploy.
